The Prismatic World Tour (Katy Perry!! 24/5/14)

 

This time last week it was all over. It was one of the best nights of my life by far! It was so amazing and theatrical! My favourite songs being all of them but imparticular E.T., I kissed a girl,unconditionally, by the grace of god and firework! They were absolutely magnificent!

we arrived at around 6pm and waited around for abit until we were seated on our seats. Then me and my AMAZING Friend Bridget went and bought ourselves some merchandise ( a tour t shirt and a wristband!). Then after a 20 ish minute wait icona pop came on at 8pm. They were pretty good but were nothing compared to katy! At 8:30pm there was a half an hour interval until Katy came on. She came on which Roar which was amazing!! The concert was great and seemed to go really fast! Please look on YouTube if you want to see what I mean! And I hope that you all enjoyed this!! 

We got back at around midnight but me and Bridget  didn’t sleep until around 3am… The best conversations always happen in the early hours of the morning! On Sunday I attended mass with Bridget’s family and then went to my own church and nearly slept the whole after noon! I was exhausted!! Anyway I hope you all enjoyed!!

Happy days!

So I had a great day today and I don’t really know why! May be it’s because it’s sunny, maybe it’s not! I shall never know!

School was neither hard or boring today it was quite strange really! Ranging from conversations about bread-to a game that I play nearly every day called ‘where’s the form tutor?’ It’s kind if like ‘where’s wally?’ But the fact is you will never find the form tutor as they are none existent!

Anyway after all this strangeness in school, I had my everyday walk to town with my good friend Ailís! (If your reading you should be proud! I remembered the í thing! Not sure if it’s right though! Apologies in advance!) We went to boots to print pictures with was mildly amusing, the went to Starbucks! It happened to be happy hour on frappuccinos, which ment half price drinks! Yay! 😃 while this was all going on Ailís decided that she wanted an image after her name on my contacts, only she would choose to be Ailís 💩!! I will never know! Anyway this is enough for today!

Looking for Alaska review (no spoilers!)

This book was majorly sad and extremely well written! It is another tear jerking book written by the one and one John Green!

I absolutely loved this book and it has made me look at Daisies in a completely different way. It also encourages you not to judge someone until you completely know them! It also shows that even know you may know someone so well that they may be going through their own battle with no one realising. Please read this book!!

Katy perry! (Unconditionally!)

Well it’s now only 11 days until I go and see the FABULOUS Katy Perry! Me and my friend Bridget are going to see her and witness her extravagant prismatic world tour! I cannot wait!! It’s crazy!

First of all I’m really looking forward to one part in particular and that is the acoustics part! In that part she will be singing two of my favourite songs- unconditionally and by the grace of god! These are Both brilliant songs and if you haven’t heard them please listen to them now!

The events of a wet and windy day!

Today felt like a very long day in terms of lesson, but it was good! After school I went into town to buy some lip balm! Which is great! ( I love the Crabtree and Evelyn honey one!) After this I decided to go and buy a sample of perfume from penhaligons and to my surprise she have me two for free! Which is very exciting as I really love tra la la and I’ve always wanted to try vaara so it’s very exciting! After having a conversation with the penhaligons lady (which I get along well with) I decide to head up to my brothers school just then it starts pouring down with rain!! And where I was there was no shelter! So I casually speed walk in he direction of my brothers school and it gets heavier and heavier! Then just to make it better it starts hailing! Then a couple of minutes later on top of all this comes thunder and lightening! I was soaked and cold! It was terrible, a similar thing happened last week which I’m not very happy about! ( I think it’s time to invest in a new umbrella! 😃 )

Anyway after writing this post I am to continue revising for a history mock test on Wednesday (oh the joys!) if anyone has ever taken gcse history they know how hard it is to learn everything for one unit of work! I am thankful however that I do not have to do my exam until next year!

I wish good luck to anyone who is sitting any sort of exams in the next month or so!

The warner brothers studio tours london!

Yesterday was amazing! I visited the warner brothers studio tours with my two best friends Rosie and Abi! We woke up at 5:30am all giddy and excited and set off at 6:30am! We hit the road which was surprisingly clear! We arrived at the studios at 10:30 and went straight into the tour!

While queuing you can see the famous cupboard under the stairs where the one an only harry potter slept! Once into the studios we saw many things such as the great hall, the gryffindor common room, professor umbridges office and hagrids hut! These were only some of the sets that we saw! I also got to look into some of my favourite characters costumes and sets such as professor snapes robes (which are infact navy blue!) and his class room! Dumbledores offices was as beautiful as you could have imagined!

We also got to see thousands of props and wands! Also the ministry of magic! Which was beautiful! One of my favourite costumes that I saw was cho changs dress from the Yule ball! It is so pretty and beautifully detailed! I saw the unmissable dresses of the one and only Lunalovegood and so many more!

after this we went outside and saw privet drive, the Potters house, the knightbus and the hogwarts bridge ( which we got to walk across!)

when we went back inside we got to walk down diagon alley with is truly magical and will bring a smile to anyone’s face! And last we saw the huge model of hogwarts! Although it’s huge it’s still tiny compared to a lifesize one! This was used to do the filming if the actual castle for the films and it is breathtaking! It’s really is astonishing! It’s so detailed and amazing!

After this we got to go to the gift shop! It sell everything that you could think of that is harry potter related! I bought a replica of the elder wand, Bertie botts all flavoured beans, a chocolate frog and a time turner key ring!

The day was absolutely great and I already want to go back again! I advise anyone who loves the harry potter series to visit this place as it will truly make you appreciate everything about the world of harry potter so much more!

Allegiant review- no spoilers

I finished reading this book late last night and it brought me to tears. This book is as action packed as all of the others but covers some more emotional aspects than the others. I believe that this book has a beautifully written ending and will leave you with a sense of peace and security. I am still shocked today as I think about the book and it is beautiful!
Please read the divergent book series as it will really change you in many ways and will really add a lot to any book collections that you may have.

Selfies with a turkey!

After being invited to stay at my brilliant friend Sarah’s house for the night we decided to sleep in her caravan in the garden! It was great the we decide to take a selfie with her turkey! ( what normal people do!) we then went to her local shops and bought lots of food! ( see below!)

After dinner we then decided to have a late Easter haribo hunt in her orchard! It was great! Then I got chased by her goose, and that was so scary!
